An estimated £11 billion? Well the actual costs will probably be around £45 billion, and I wonder how they will fund that. They'll probably have to expand their policy of withdrawing health care for the elderly to reduce pension payments. (obviously that won't affect free health care for foreigners though).

Yep we are a small island, we are told we need to cut back emmissions, water is short after one week of decent weather and health care stretched to its limits yet we still have (in my town center) more non English citizens walking around than we do Brits.
