Look my sig TH have some, not much when you look from niche traffic list. But they have big list of sites selling to them, so you can find good site that fit you and buy traffic from them via TH system.

What exactly is "cam traffic" other than exit pages from a cam site or adwords / links that say "live cams", what do you guys consider "cam traffic".

We don't have any specific "webcam" traffic, but many cam (and dating) sites have been doing well with our US geo-targetted skimmed traffic. With quantity purchases, I can get the rate as low as $3.60/K.
