You made a deal. You broke the deal. The deal did not mention a particular board, thread or post.

When someone misrepresents my company by purposely and repeatedly confusing our name with that of another company who is involved in a lawsuit, it is my responsibility to my company to point it out.

Despite any "deal" I made with you, it did not extend to ignoring that responsibility to my company on other forums, especially Netpond.

I would think you would demonstrate your responsibility to your company better by keeping deals that you made in public and not trying to change terms on the fly.
