It definately makes an interesting read. It will be worth watching the outcome of this. NATS should be doing some damage limitation if they believe its not true.

I have no doubt John will come back in and tell us his side. Which is great we should hear both sides. I am sure it wont be long before John comes back in.


I just wonder what his attitude will be like. I asked the guy for an update on the security breach, if they caught the people behind it and i was banned from GFY and John called me an asshole etc..

John doesn't seem like the type you can debate or talk about things publicly, when ever I had questions about anything like segpay or nats issues he always told me to hit him up personally and talk about it. But the funny thing is when he updated nats to a new version and he has a promotion going on he encouraged people to talk about those type of things publicly.... gee i wonder why that is.

honestly, they don't care. THe bible thumpers hate us becase we are involved with porn. Whether or not we have 1 dirty company or 1000 they dont care. If anything they probably laugh us for trying to fuck each other instead of trying to legitimize our business. All of this helps their cause, it makes us more disorganized. All of these problems are internal. The public either likes or dislikes porn, they either buy ordon't buy. Exposing companies even if it gets into mainstream media and gets attention from the rest of the world, the act of cleaning things up is better than leting them continue and go unchecked.

btw smoking kills, how many people still smoke? You can't get any worse press than that and people still do it.

I will no longer promote or sign-up to anything that uses NATS ever again. There is only one program which i have not removed just yet but they will be going soon. Why anyone would stick to using products that fuck them in the ass is beyond me. I really am considering dumping CCbill programs too if they don't get their shit together. All this talk about how superior their own hosting infrastructure is and yet they have the slowest back-end of any service in existence.

I also notice that most all the spam i get lately to my adult emails used to register at various programs is Russian..

Well, speaking as an affiliate webmaster, because I would lose probably around 70% of my income from one day to the next if I dropped those of my sponsors using NATS - and several of the sites I consider among the very best in their respective niches (and which I thus typically have the best chance of selling as a reviewer) are NATS based.

Sounds like those sponsors got just as screwed over as anyone else.

It's a lawyer's bonanza because it's almost impossible to prove that any identify theft or credit card compromise or even spam e-mail came from a particular source. Even if you have set up an e-mail that you only use with a particular program, you cannot prove in court that it would be impossible the address could not have somply been guessed at, or sniffed form your own mailbox because you have a trojan on your PC, or whatever.

As someone who makes money working with lawyers, the only people who will make out here are the lawyers. The "class" is really the attorneys, who simply need a litigating plaintiff to claim standing in the case.
