It's that 'rebill generation'. Rebills are what keep us afloat and the convenience to the customer.

Some sponsors/affiliate programs are unfortunately run by junkies and gamblers or people paying blackmail or worse, child support. Shaving that rebill here or there can mean tens of thousands of dollars the poor unsuspecting webmaster doesn't know about.

You have 500 affiliates and you nail one rebill each per month or quarter and you're talking big bucks.

Sometimes I wonder what's going on. With one sponsor, for example, I'll go a month or two without a single sale, then will get 3 in 2 days. In fact, I had one today and haven't in months. Same traffic, nothing has changed whatsoever.

You have to watch the actions of the staff of these programs too as well as their associates.

There's a chap I know we started with an affiliate program together. He's closer to the staff than I ever was and one day a few years ago things got shakey with that program. Bottom line is they got too friendly with some scumbags at another 'group' let's say. I had a fuckload of rebills with these guys that sprang up overnight because of a sales tactic I tried using toons to promote and it always works. That surge in rebills was too much and the shit started right there and then. Suddenly no word from support and other staff members and this chap started covering for them. Then when he got busted fucking up at a casino the truth came out.

See that's how it happens, no matter how much we like or hate each other we are doing BUSINESS and under no circumstances do you do BUSINESS with someone who drinks too much, does dope, gambles, abuses women especially in your direct presence! I couldn't believe this asshole. So whenever 'they' don't kiss his ass he'll show up with an email or ICQ with a 'wanna talk to you about something' shit and I know what it is. His way of scaring them into forking over favors cause his stats keep going down. Of course his stats go down because he associates with fuck ups. A fib turns into a lie, a lie turns into a scandal, into blackmail into a fib and it starts all over again.

Anybody and their third cousin twice removed can start an affiliate program, slap up some FHGs and banners and do some half assed promo and look somewhat professional. It's a 50/50 shot. Some foreign companies I just won't do business with because you know damn well they're mobsters. You can tell by their procedure. American companies you can tell the minute they start bragging about parties in Cancun you're dealing with immature drunk college kids who'll end up in jail.

Give me the guy or gal who has a REAL office, a friendly staff who responds swiftly and communicates like professionals.

This biz should be EASY. Send targeted traffic to sponsor whose content sells itself which isn't difficult just put FREE TITS AND ASS on it and it'll fucking sell! If you send targeted traffic to a page that has FREE TITS AND ASS on it and it doesn't convert then somebody is fucking up.

By the numbers alone a person should be making $25k a year default in this business with some simple SEO and great design and some good traffic corralling and that is part-part time.

Is sponsors would just concentrate on updating their sites more often I don't think they would have to do this.

It must be sponsor/affiliate haul ass time because I've had at least 5 of them suddenly clam up or haul ass.

Is there something going on we don't know about?

I think BangBrosOnline does it. If I remember correctly, I needed 1 more sale, they did it for me, since I was sitting on it for like a month and a half. Thats the only time its ever happened to me.

What do you mean "they did it for you"?

You needed a sale to make payout and because you had not had a sale for a month they added one for you as a present?

Y'know, when things are out of your control you're at the mercy of others. Considering where you find many pornmeisters often in bars drunk and unconcious or in jail over the weekend or in court over some bullshit you're playing russian roulette with your earnings. The one thing that makes my day though is that no matter how big time a pornmeister gets their shit always catches up with them and they fall off and fall off hard. Many of you old timers can count on both hands guys who thought they're shit didn't stink and got nailed or worse. There's no honor amongst thieves and usually a person they fucked over rats em' out and thus begins their undoing.
