As my days and nights start becoming more sleepless than ever, due to my increasing business, i need to gain back more time for both sleeping and having sex, which is what i am in this business for, mainly.
Therefore, it's time for me to get an external hand and focus more in getting naked which is what makes me happy in life lol

I am looking for a webmaster with a decent experience in adult-related internet marketing techniques. The candidate must have an excellent knowledge of the English language especially in the written form and to have their own decent database of adult-oriented marketing places, such as webmasters boards, end-users boards, tubes, link dumps etc; the right candidate must also have knowledge and tools for basic photo and video editing and posting as well as html knowledge. Knowledge of PHP scripting language will definetely help, but it's not paramount.

Initial working position will be as a freelancer and the position will be reviewed every month. The average amount of working daily hours requested is 3. Serious possibility to become a partner in biz for the right person. The right candidate will be asked to sign a no-disclosure agreement, so, if you are not prepared for that, please, refrain from applying.

I need to fill the position as soon as possible, but definetely by the end of April because if i have projects and events that will keep me away from a computer for a while from May on.

Your going to have a hard time finding someone that can do it all, some can do images, but don't have the right stuff to do video. Some know how to do video but suck at marketing. Then there is the trust thing too. I can do your video if its not a boatload to help you out for a while. As far as paying me, well we can work something out I supose. I am not really looking for a job, but helping you out a bit wouldnt be a problem..

Most people who could do the job are already wrapped up in their own stuff and probably wouldnt want to work for others. Those that do work for others ... well, for most, I would question why they are not doing their own thing.

I wish you good luck finding someone suitable, not least for the health of my rebills

I got a sugestion for you if you don't mind. You now, it's very difficult to find someone you like and SleazyBear is right about what he is saying. My point is, why don't you hire a person that fits your need in some offshoring company? Yeah I know your looking for some freelancer but if you go get one in trusted company at least you know your stuff is in good hand.

I was thinking just that: People with the required skills and track records are most likely NOT to be interested by being paid a flat rate on 3h/day.

Just because it hasn't been posted on boards and it's not public knowledge doesn't mean they don't suck. You should hear some of the horror stories I've been told about some of the self-proclaimed "reputable" outsourcing companies in the industry.

i almost thought about applying for this position myself as the chance of being involved in deepsabrina is very tempting indeed but like SleazyBear pointed out, i'm no expert in all of those areas, proberbly none of them!

also i do fear that you'll have a e-mail box full of unsuitable applicants - no disrespect to Netpond but it is mainly a springboard for newbies.

Outsourcing is not for me, really: i want to have a straight, direct relationship with those working with me and i don't feel i could have that with outsourcing companies. I know it's hard to find the right person, but if you don't search and spread the work about it... ;-)

Sleazy and rogue: you both would be perfect, in terms of trust and i'm sure that also about skills you could cover 90% of what i need which would be great. It has to be seen what kind of dedication you can put on it, since i'm sure you have a lot of other projects and things going on.
I'm over booked getting laid until Monday (lol), but i will write down a detailed list of things i need to be taken care of on a daily basis and will send it to you. Hopefully we can take it from there as you both know i have a weakness for you guys ;-)
