Why don't you just signup for a account. BTW, if the reason is that you don't have a CC - I would recommend you do something to get one, In this BIZ you really need one.

I cant open epassport myself. My country is not supported. I can only take epass like gift.
I need epass account realy !

Some people can't get a credit card, if you try you'll find people to open a sponsor account for you as a gift account, some actual sponsors do it but I think you have to send them a sale first.

I think most sponsors will get you a free epass as long as you send them a few sales.

As for credit card, in some countries it's not as easy. For my case I do not have a credit card anymore as you need a minimum income of about US$23000 to qualify as an employee, with proofs of course. I stopped working and can't renew them.

For self-employed you'll need at least 2 years of tax records to prove you've met the minimum requirements, mainly steady income of at least US$23000 per annum.

A gift account will cost the person who is gifting the account $5 plus they need to put $1 into the account. I know because one of my regular clients just did this for me. I worked with him for a year before he offered to do this for me.

In general people will not gift accounts to people they don't know are trustworthy because in this business you never know who can be trusted - they might be pulling scams or all sorts of crooked stuff.

There are two places I know of for sure that give out epass accounts with your first sales:
AWEmpire
PerfectGonzo

If you're not with them already, get with them and promote the hell out of them.

Indeed.. if the gift account is accused of scam, the person who gifted the account may also get their account frozen
