Potential of freesites

What do you think when compared them to TGPs?

I know TGPs give instant traffic and freesite traffic is kinda slow, but Is it possible to make $1-2k every month JUST making freesites? From my experience, I know this can be done with TGPs but I'm very curious to hear from somoone who is really doing freesites regularly and having success.

Please let me know what you think about this. You guys have always helped me and I would appreciate some real fucking good advice. I'm just trying to increase my traffic and want to use the methods OTHER THAN TGPs.

Free Site traffic is slow, as you say, but it lasts a long time. I'm still making money from sites I submitted 2 years ago.

Free Sites seem better in the long run because the sites that host them seem to have been around forever and keep the links up. As for TGP's there are only a few that work really well

I have free sites to ... and the traffic is crap ... also , I never made money with them ...

I have several freesites out there, many of them I cant remember the url... but I know they still make me sales (thank god there are campaigns

When it's all said and done freesites seem to be a better sales venue IMO.

Freesites last a long, long time.

Just use your TGP gallerys to make freesites when your done with them.

You'll have the best of both worlds.

Freesites are a much better selling platform and more of a long term investment than TGP galleries. But you don't get the same kind of traffic with Freesites as you do TGP galleries.

If you know what you're doing, long term you'll make more with Freesites.

Agreed VR, freesites do offer a better platform to exercise presell skills IMO. Those that can do quite well, those that can't presell ... well ... whine!

Wasn't knocking TGPs Shemp, far from it.

It's like an 'apples to oranges' comparison IMO.

Some surfers like oranges, some surfers like apples.
Some of us are good at selling oranges, some of us are good at selling apples.

Some of us are kickass mofos who can sell apples to surfers looking for oranges. And convince them to come back next week when we'll have plenty of oranges!

There's only one thing better I can think of .............
