Nikki on 100 months.

Our longest members have rebilled with us for 99 months, which is when we switched over to CCBill from either Ibill or DMR.

We didn't actually look at it until a member complained that their membership had stopped working and when we looked into the reason, he had reached the CCBill rebill limit (99 - now changed).

According to CCBill, we're the first company to do so. We have 15 more people hitting their 100th rebill next month and some of these are affiliate sales. These are on both ShemaleYum.com and Ladyboy-Ladyboy.com

How's those numbers for retention?

When I ran my program, the longest we had was 30+ months, as credit cards expire in 36 months ...

That means they took the time to renew with 3 separate credit cards ... with no interuptions in their billing??

Credit card numbers stay the same even though the date changes, billing companies simply keep charging the card and leave the date open (or something like that)

As a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), I'm not very sure on the legalities of that ... every form I've ever filled out explicitly asks for the expiry date ..

But I am not saying you're full of shit ...

I'm saying congrats that you have a program that good - that people make sure they keep their CC infos up to date!
