Am I looking too hard and cannot see the obvious? Can anyone tell me where as an affiliate you can set to have your cheques sent by CCBill when they either meet a minimum set payment or just sent once a month??
My UK bank loves crippling me with charges per $US cheque... __________________

I think you have to contact them if I remember rightly.
I know when I changed from Cheque to Wire I had to fill in an account change form and send that off. __________________
