I agree that ass ache is the biggest problem on the bike. I take a bath towel and fold it over on itself a few times and put that on top of the seat and it is a bit better.

I don't have a scale, but I estimate I've lost 25 lbs this year. My secret- filming content involving myself.... I doubt anything is more motivating for a diet than editing video and noticing how your stomach flops about in that one part.
 Now I keep having to buy new clothes!  I do try to get exercise too, mostly walks, but it was a very rough winter. |
