After reading on GFY about this thread I think this thread was made a little early.

It appears that Michael O said he was looking into the issue and was going to get back to you with the exact situation that was going on, and you made the thread before getting answers from him. Seems like you wanted the drama. Not trying to piss with you, but that appears to be what's going on.

For me when doing business I find it's better to have all the answers and facts from all parties involved before outing them in public on more then one message board.

I think only after all means are used and you are left no other recourse then you can openly bash someone and out their company.

I also think saying they are not safe to use anymore is in bad taste considering you did not even have solid issues to your questions from them, and further more being a mod on this board with a lot of influence I think using a lot of tact and setting a good example for the young and not so seasoned webmasters is the best way to set an example. Teaching noobs to out people when you don't even have an answer from them is not really providing the best light for those webmasters.

My two cents.

Remember there are always more then one side to a story people.

huh, never had such stuff with EP and i thought its damn hard to reverse a transaction there..but looks like not.. Sorry to hear that Dave

what i don't like in PP/EP and rest services is that they reverse the transaction, get the money out of your account and then kindly notify you about it. And you need to start like crazy guy to try to clear the situation. It would be best to notify you there is refund request, to ask you do you have any comments, are you agreed and such stuff..

Agreed. Saying they are not 'safe for payments' was unnecessary.

There can be found good and bad stuff about most companies...
As for payoneer since some are mentioning them, another service, but not supported by a lot of sponsors...

What people fail to realize is you cannot reverse charges directly. You sure as hell can do it thru your bank and Epass cannot do shit about it. The same goes for Payments that get made from a CC via Paypal. These services DO NOT make the rules the BANKS MAKE THE RULES. If they violate the decisions of banks they get blacklisted from ATM's and Banks which has happened to Paypal before.

Varzi's right, money in something like epass or paypal or mb is basically monopoly money until it touches the bank, if the transaction is reversed from the source there's nothing for them to do, at the same time if this is the case I would expect them to suspend the person doing the reversal's account unless there was a very good reason

I think the issue is more with Prime Outsourcing who apparently agreed to pay you and then took the money back. Epassporte isn't a bank and if someone who pays money says it was done in error, they believe it as it's not their business to investigate as they aren't a bank. Yes, it sucks big time, but that seems to be how it is from their end.

Prime Outsourcing Still Sucks

Epassporte has rectified this situation and funds are back in my account
Epassporte.com representative Micheal is to be thanked for his expedient help in resolving my claims against Prime Outsourcing.
