Exclamation Epassporte.com - No Longer Considered Safe For Payments!

Epassporte.com Reverses Payment Transfer!

I was informed by Epassporte.com today after reviewing my account that they reversed charges because the member stated that there was an erroneous payment made during transfer of funds. Epassporte has drained my account of existing funds and left it at as negative balance.

I cannot for the life of me believe Epass would do this!

Epassporte never contacted me in regards... The transferring member emailed Epassporte saying they had made an erroneous transfer and were reissued their funds that they made as repayment (stated in original message).

So if you ever receive a payment from Epassporte be aware that the payment can be reversed for any reason.

Epassporte has rectified this situation and funds are backi in my account
Epassporte.com representative Micheal is to be thanked for his expedient help in resolving my claims against Prime Outsourcing.

My complaint with Epass has been resolved with them and the matter is closed.

Dear XX XXXXXXXXX,

This email is to inform you of a transfer of $595.00 to your account from ePassporte card member cgabon75 (aka Prime Outsourcing).

The following message is from card member cgabon75:

Sounds like the sort of thing Paypal does just refunds on a whim, I thought ePassporte was supposed to be better than that.

Last year a sponsor paid me $132 and it was reversed right away. Emails went unanswered and then finally I reached someone who claimed they had paid me twice by mistake. Funny how each amount I received was different, huh?

I also got ripped off by a script website for $149, got no script, asked for a chargeback and they contested it and ePass refused to investigate.

I keep very little in there now, just enough to pay writers, though some people have their head so far up their ass they don't understand this and demand instant payment

PrimeOutsourcing refunded $595 as part of an agreement, and were to follow that up with $405 payment.

after their initial deposit of $595 and thought they could get away with ripping me off for the sixth time...

dn is still in my ownership

did you actually wait for epass to try to resolve the issue before posting this? How long before you got the email did you post this?

on October 2007 my epass electron card expired.
they charged me for the renewal but I didn't receive the card so I called them.
every time I called them they said they re-issued a new card and that there is a technical problem with creating or sending the card.
FYI I can't get the money out of my account without that electron card.
mike tried to help by contacting tech but I never got the card.
I called and called, talked and talked, shouted - nothing helped.
no card.
it's April, that's fucking 6 months !
my grandmother made me a sweater and sent it to me from Canada in 3 weeks (including the knitting of the sweater) how long does it take to make and send a fucking piece of plastic ? not even half a year ?!

I don't think that's the issue, it's the principal of it all, basically something like this shouldn't happen in the first place, that's just my opinion. I believe Dave has every right to start a thread like this, I'd do the same thing if I were in that situation, when it comes to money you simply don't fuck around. period.

again I dont know what the situation is since Dave hasnt mentioned if he is in contact with Epass about this or not...but to me if you start a thread like this before getting a response from epass I consider it bad business...if he contacted them and they were no help and told him nothing can be done then fair enough but to make such a statement without allowing them to try and resolve it is jumping the gun.

Sometimes people forget companies like epass cant get something fixed in seconds, they have to do their own investigation into the matter...even my bank doesnt work that fast.

It's unbelievable how that company operate.

I contacted epass more than 1 year ago when I just received the card to ask how I can verify my account as I've read some people get their account locked for various reasons and am still waiting for them to reply.

Heard good things about payoneer and will be switching soon.

It will be interesting to see what epass have to say on the matter, considering Dave is going to have everything to back up what he is saying as proof, after all this is an ongoing issue with primeoutsourcing.
