Serious problems with Velcom

No offense but VirtuMike doesn't know anything, as usual.

Let me give you real facts instead of some noob posting what he thinks he knows.

A few webmasters uploaded some unlic material, once Jules sent a cease back in over 5 years ago we shut down the sites. But Jules felt it was good idea to sue because they arent going to go after someone that most likely little revenue coming in. So they decided to sue us.

Secondly, VirtuMike before you cause any sort of defamation please know your facts. You don't know sh*t about what happend 5 years ago. We spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on content every year so please mind your own business.

Also regarding Hosting. We've been growing rapidly because we've revised our prices at the same time. We've been migrating to new systems when the problems starting happening. Our guys have been giving ALOT of attention to the problem and it has been improving. There isn't much we can do when a system keeps giving problems, this is why we have been reverting back to cPanel.

Regardging Hentai by Hentaikid. We never received one complaint about unlicense Hentai. Not sure what you're talking about.

Anyhow, Holly if you feel that you need to look for a new host that choice is yours. Not much more we can do. good luck at your next host. And regarding not taking new clients, we continually take new clients because we've changed our platform back to cPanel which is more stable. The reason we switched to Interworx was because it offered a clustering solution but it caused more damage than good.

BTW, we don't oversell anything. Our control panel caused alot of problems. If you notice we've never had problems in the past and we've been hosting for 5 years. We've been using cPanel for the 5 years. Now we switch to Interworx and it's been giving us headaches and thus why the posts from Holly etc.

As usual? As in you've dealt with this noob before? Do you perhaps remember the terms of the "as usual" of these alleged prior dealings with this noob?

we moved because Interworx had clustering. We also spoke to a few other guys that switched to Interworx that had no problems. But they also just switched to Interworx maybe using it for 2 months also. I didn't keep tabs with those guys so im not sure if they had problems as well.

We never really had problems with cPanel, again we moved to Interworx because of clustering. So if a machine DID ever go down due to any reason such as hardware failure then nothing would really be down because there would be serveral nodes. The few problems we had in the past have all been hardware related so we tried to fix that by switching to Interworx (becausee of clustering). We would setup 5 nodes and then a large file server.

We stopped doing business with those guys many years ago. So we decided since our catalogue of their titles was very minimal it was best to just remove.

All in all your bringing up stuff that happened over 5 years ago. I'd like you to find additional suits after Jules. Im pretty sure you'll find Zero seeing how many years we've been running.

For normal paysite you would need at least 2 mid end dedicated boxes.

WOW! That was the worst customer service I have ever received!

You say that if I "feel" like I need a new host, the choice is mine? Well, my site has been down 3 times for extended periods over the past month and the tech support has been terrible. You think I am going to be happy paying for that kind of service? It has nothing to do with me, or my "feelings". It has everything to do with Velcom and its problems!

Your reply to my message on this board is a perfect example of how NOT to talk to a customer. My advice to you: Hire a public relations firm and let them do the talking for you. Clearly, you are certainly not qualified to be handling customer relations.
