How hard is it to set up revshare with ccbill?

I've approached a dude I know who runs a small ccbill paysite, because I think it would probably retain well even if the pricepoint is low, and proposed he turn on revshare so I can promote it. No reply so far, so I'm wondering just how hard is it for a webmaster to enable revshare? I know that with verotel it's just a matter of checking a box and fixing a percentage.

it was a while since it did mine but from memory and considering i was new to that back end, i remeber it being about the same (just a couple of clicks)

It's really simple to add revshare, you just set up a sub account and then enter the percentages.

Huh, figured. Guess he doesn't like the idea. I know he spends money on advertising, but a lot of these small sites seem to think revshare steals money from them, he probably figures anyone I could send him would be joining up anyway... his loss, I was actually going to promote him using ways he doesn't seem to use at all (TGP galleries, blog networks, etc)

There are an amazing number of small niche sites which are just clueless about promotion.

Yep and it's a pity because they usually "get" the niche a lot better than the big program's sites. My best retaining (I'm talking years worth of rebills per member) ccbill site has a ton of traffic leaks all over their tour, I've asked them to remove them and they say they will then nothing. Another converted like the dickens but gave no rebills, saying it was "too expensive". Sorry mate you can't rebill a member I don't send you! Lately I've started promoting one and quite reasonably I think asked for a free pass to see the member area, write a quick review. No reply, and I have sent them a bunch of joins already so I'm not just talk.

Ah well...
