Does anyone here use Zambaio.com for billing? Are they reputable? I was looking up some info on CCBILL and came across them. I have never heard of them before.

One of my mates was trying them out and had nothing but problems, took days to get in touch with support, sat on hold for 5 hours and then was disconnected. I believe it took him about 48 plus hours to get his join pages working properly and to find someone to help him from the company.

He's since moved on.

I saw them advertise, answer some questions not very well, and disappear.

A friend tried to use them for billing recently and the affiliate program was a nightmare and he had to move on

I know a guy who was disappointed with their services too. He uses CCBill now.
