What is your biggest personal achievement this year?

Even though I am hating on my body image at the moment I would have to say it has been my weight loss for me. Next to work it has been what I have focused the most on. What is your biggest personal achievement so far this year?

How much weight have you lost? I lost about 20kg last year and was pretty stoked about it. I have gained 15 of it back though through drinking copious amounts of beer! hehe.

My biggest non-work acheivement this year was landing a backside 360 indy grab off a decent sized jump on a snowboard just recently.

1. I gave up drinking successfully.

2. I sleep and wake up early.

3. I hit the gym regularly.

4. Managed to lose most of my gut.

I have caught the snow bug something terrible. I just got back from colorado and am organising a whole season in Whistler at the end of the year. Fuck it's good being a webmaster and being able to work anywhere.

Good shit about the ESL stuff. My mum was an ESL teacher and loved it.

EDIT: check out this slam. Shin + Rail = 10 stiches. Yup thats my bone sticking through my leg. hehehehe.

Does moving from several years in a tiny, shitty apartment with ugly old furniture, to a larger, brand new apartment with nothing but new furniture and (mostly) new electronics equipment, count as a personal achievement?

If it doesn't, then I guess I really haven't achieved much of anything yet this year

- although after buying an exercise bike a couple of weeks ago and getting started with a bit of home weight training as well, I can already feel I'm quickly getting in better shape.
Still waiting for the pounds to start falling off though

Over the last year and a half I have lost 75lbs ..which is about 34kg ..I still have a majorly long way to go though.
