Hell yeah, that's why I work in toons. Chinese government doesn't care that much about toons as they do about pics and vids.

I think you have to understand the average Chinese persons mentality (and Im talking about people living in China)....the concept of actually paying for porn or even music and movies is foriegn...if you have ever been to any of the larger cyber cafes in China you will see for yourself...you'd be surprised how many people surf porn in the open even though officially it's against the law.

The growing middle and upper middle class have credit cards and they use them, I live in Hong Kong and trust me the mainland tourists use credit cards and cash like its water, but you wont get them paying for porn, for one its traceable and can get them into trouble...as long as the official stance of the Chinese government is that hardcore porn is illegal you will have a tough time billing them.

Its a shame as due to the selective birthing that has been going on for a while now there are a lot more young men than women in China and that means a lot of single horny guys looking for porn.

Well said! Again that's why I work in toons. The Chinese government isn't worried about toons, they're worried about Anime/Hentai. They don't think American toons are a threat as much.

On a few of my mainstream celebrity sites Chinese traffic makes up a good percentage, and the sites earn money. I did consider getting a site translated into Chinese, I just haven't ever got round to it, and Chinese translations are not that easy to get.
