Which Parts Of Your Business Do You Outsource ?

Hi all,
I was just sorting out some sites today and I got to a real tedious part that required no real "skill". So it got me thinking making I could outsource the boring tasks and save myself for stuff I actually like to do and stuff I'm good at.

So let me know what parts you outsource, it'll be interesting to see how much the smaller webmasters outsource compared to the larger site owners.
If you dont feel too put-out also post your total daily uniques for all your sites, so we can compare.

At the moment I only outsource graphics and other stuff I cant do myself, but am seriously considering outsourcing some more tedious tasks.

I think sponsors should outsource their domain name procurement. Some of their paysite names aren't worth reg fees.

I never outsource.

If I have a very repetitive task to do, I just write a script to do it.

Not always but very often I outsource writing work, design, programming and sometimes repetitive tasks or mass installation of scripts.

I am experimenting with some blogs and never made a single post myself cuz I suck at writing and I always pay someone to do the posts

I like writing, so wouldn't outsource any blog posts. Blog installation and adding all the plug-ins however, that's another story!

Outsourcing sleep sounds good.
What company do we go through to sort that out :P

But, to answer the thread, I am a control freak, so I can't outsource... I'd be worried I'd have to just do it again anyways.

I would probably outsource programming if it's something I can't do and blog posts since I can't automate unique posts.
