( My ePassporte fees are NOT uploaded by a creditcard, so there is no chargeback possible (can prove flowing incomes)).

So, you have to exchange epassporte to "Moneybookers/PP/WMZ/e-gold or WU" ? Why you cannot just take a plastic card from them and cash out that money?

I think you don't have good enough reputation in here so anyone would start exchanging money with you, sorry.
