I just wanted to post an apology to the crew that owns shemale-club.com. It was never our intention to make a site with a name as close to theirs as we did. It was a domain we had registered for a few years and since it had the word shemale in it, we used it for our site launch this week. It was not our intention to try to take any traffic or cause confusion about the two sites.

So are you going to change it Becky because in my opinion, it would cause confusion? I would have expected a company to do some research in the area and see what other properties are out there using same/similar names, it seems strange that you wouldn't do it.

Would this not also be a case for unfair business practices?

Perhaps when some other projects are finished I can change it. I just wanted to post that it wasn't intentional because I don't want any hard feelings. But this kind of thing goes on a lot. Our site name Big Boobs Galore was copied by another program except theirs is Huge Boobs Galore. With all the name squatters out there it is hard to get any good names anymore. This really was an honest mistake. I think it would be unfair if I concentrated on the shemale niche only and was trying to build on their traffic. That just isn't the case.

the links on the bottom of the tours to "sample galleries" will I get credit for those as well?

I asked you the same on another board with no answer. They look a like a "leak" but before I put anything up I want to make sure they will carry my code and won't over write my cookie with a house code.
