Need a programmer

Since Kaktusan no longer is available for custom projects, I was wondering if we had any other programmers here? Or anyone who knows someone they can recommend?
I've had some bad luck with scammers trying to get me to pay upfront, stealing my idea and creating and selling the script as their own etc. So I would like to find someone with referenses this time lol
