I get lost..

Lately I was feeling so tired, so lazy that i can't stand up to stay long in front of my pc.. I can't concentrate on any work or task that i have and end up the whole week with nothing..I'm always wanting getting lying in bed and just sleep the whole day and again its the same way for tomorrow or the next day.. I don't know if I was just too stressful or too tired enough but hey, this is happening almost 2 weeks already?! what should i do??

Hey Marvin, you are not alone.

There could be loooooads of things causing this, you have to start with a doctor and they can do blood tests and they will check your thyroid, and that you haven't got certains types of cancer and all that shit.

Only THEN can you plan your next move.

Could be a lot of things. I lot of people with Hepatitis never realize they have it until they go to the doctor complaining about being tired all the time and have some blood work done. I really hope you don't have that but it's better to get it checked out to be safe.

Definitely go and see a doctor.

Working through the night is bad for the health and if you have been doing it so long you must be missing daylight, which may be part of your problem.

Working regular hours, taking breaks and exercise is something we all need to do as webmasters if we want to stay healthy.

burnout or depression.
just went through it myself, sort of still am.
taking time off from the computer does help alot.
other than that I am still stuck on how to get away from it.

definitely see a doctor. It could be something simple causing this. A simple infection can run you down, coupled with bad sleep habits.
