No ... actually the client has the reasonable belief to not be subjected to such visuals in a puplic ALL AGES shop ...

Assuming Freechess has a 15" laptop, it is quite easy to see the images even sitting several tables away ..

If he was watching porn on his cellphone and the guy complained, then yes, you might have a case ...

the middle of the room. my back was to the wall and you could only see it

there was no kids where i was sitting if that was the case i would had

been watching pokemon or yu-gi-oh instead the only people around me
