Mostly I look at the quality and uniqueness of their content. I don't promote "more of the same thing", and I shy away from stuff that is oversaturated.

I also look at what my stats tools on their end are. I am unlikely to spend money promoting an uncertain bet if I can't see what, exactly, is sending sales.

for those who is looking on promo - what promo and in what quantities?

A really good member area with lots of content, high quality video, solid navigation and search features etc.
A good looking - and relevant - tour certainly doesn't hurt either, and I don't mind, but don't crave, a good stats tracking system (I'm a big NATS fan).

Since I make most of my money from reviews (and not surprisingly usually the ones with the highest scores), promo content and assorted other webmaster tools (banners, FHGs etc.) are of very little importance to me.
I usually don't even need them for blog posts either, as I typically go with member area screenshots in those as well.

Sample Content I can work with for Free Sites (meaning sets of 15 or 30 pics & maybe a clip or two. And the pics should show action relevant to the site (A girl posing while holding handcuffs wont cut it for a bondage site, neither will a girl stripping cut it for an anal/threesome/lesbian site)

I consider a negative factor. If I send a surfer to a tour - how likely is that surfer going to make it to the signup page without losing my link. If the surfer doesn't buy, then how likely is he to come back to me, and how pissed off will he be.

Doesn't do you much good if they still charge the typical 25-30 USD for a monthly membership .

The payout currency doesn't matter. What matters is whether the sponsor is charging a higher price - like €29.95 from European members (currently a whopping $46), something I've noticed with an increasing number of sites (and the US members still only get charged $29.95, lucky bastards - if I have to speak as a customer ).
And obviously you typically only benefit from that extra income if it's revshare - and assuming they actually give you proper credit for the Euro price.
