China has pledged 1 million dollars in aid to them. Not very much considering they are their closest allies, their geographic neighbors, how big the Chinese economy is now, and how much resources they get from Myanamar/Burma.

But at least their silly government should accept aid from the Chinese. Maybe the West should just try and send aid to them via China.
