O/T : I'm always hungry
Ok so I eat a heavy breakfast at around 9 - 9:30 AM. Then a mid-morning meal (a sandwich) at 11 - 11:30 and then lunch at 1:30 PM. After lunch I take a nap for 1 hour or so and when I wake up, I'm ravenous again.

Is something wrong with me or is my digestive system extra fast? I hit the gym sometimes and I'm not that regular btw.

Might want to look into Glycemic Index or it could be that you are a growing boy. lol

Don't worry just eat and go regulary in gym. I eat every 2 hours so my muscles can grow, but without gym then you can risk of being fat

lol I eat 2 more meals after dinner, evenly spaced before I sleep. I think I'll be @ 200 lbs b/w after 3 weeks.

Eat popcorn. It's very filling but very low calories. salads are also good as long as you don't drown them in dressing.

I think that is not big problem !Maybe is your metabolism like that !
