Is there still any affiliate programs offering free submit license for any of the submitter programs

ARS Offer a free submitter service
Traffic Cash Gold Also offer their own submitter program subject to approval. There are a couple of others that offer some sort of submitter service, I just can't think of them at the moment lol __________________
