Shame on you NETPOND for ever running their materials in the first place in exchange for cash. but even if you converted 100 times better than any other sponsor, why does that give you a license to bash webmasters and say whatever you want?

i understand that the drama gets sig views which gets webmasters signed up to some extent.....but aren't you turning off more affiliates who are already signed up, or who were going to?

if it was such an effective policy, why don't you see other sponsors your size doing it (at least so vocally and so frequently)? there are a lot of other sponsors that convert well and pay on time but don't bash people left and right.

You have no idea how this deal came about or why the deal went wrong or what we are doing to rectify the situation, This was a pretty low blow on your part for sure not only to NP but to us as well... You also have no idea who set this deal up, and who no longer works for the company and who was the one who was main contact in this deal and when the ad campaign recurred was not employed with us so they had no reason to pass on the word about this campaign.

I hope that my lawyer sees a great case of lible here and wants to persue a case against you in court..

Remember, we're the ones that went after someone who screwed us for $20k+, We spent a year persuing this case and won $30,000 in the judgement, we also assisted CE in the case in locating the person so they could obtain some of their 1.2 million dollar judgement...
