So if you have found the heat lately to be unbearable I can offer you a fine healthy solution to cool down for less than $2.99

Go out and buy a all purpose spray bottle and fill it with cold water. Set the position on mist and spray yourself cool all day long while at the same time giving your skin extra needed fluids.

i bet it does work because someone invented one of those hand held fans and its got a water bottle attached to it, small one, that mists ya as it blows , battery operated. i think they're pretty inexpensive.

SInce I do not have AC
I do two things to keep cool

thing I fdo is to put a couple of t-shirts and shorts in the freezer
that keeps them nice and coldm so when my heats up too much I just go put on a cold t-shirt and that cools me down fast.

the other is I put my fan in front of the freezer door and blow the cold air from the freezer inot the room, works for me.
I am just to cheap to by an AC unit just for a couple of months of hot weather.
