Advertising on Myspace

I know a few girls utilize this but all I get are guys wanting freebies, photogs who want to shoot me (most I find suspect), a few women here and there, cam site owners that want me on their site or teens. Any one else have any actual luck?

Yeah from what I heard it works but only with bots. That tells me that you need massive amounts of people to bring in one sale. You might try sending to to a links page to filter out the garbage (with a few links to yourself obviously

Yeah you could try facebook Francis has an acct on there for his Teen project that he's working on and he does pretty good with it. But I'm not too sure how adult would work on there, but it's def an older mature crowd versus all thekids on myspace so you might have some luck.

Bots are software agents that add friends allow large scale messaging. Bulliten posters. Myspace has the Top 3 bot makers and shot them down. They are also in the process of suing I think CPA Empire for a multitude of spam related offenses. So be careful if you go down that road.

Look, honestly if you want us to advertise there's other ways of doing it than outright spamming your wares, clearly we can see your sig and if we were interested we'd click on it, but VV is asking about Myspace. That is what this thread is about, not an opportunity for you to come in and tell us about YOUR site. If you are placing ads on myspace surely you are doing this for free,
or does myspace accept adult advertising.

one way to advertise on myspace is to use the forums and groups you can make your own group and invite people and I think you can use the classifieds to reach people or you could havent been on myspace in a year

with bots you need a shit load of proxies "myspace shuts down bots or denies the bot access if alot of people have 1" people have there own built so it doesnt leave a big foot print for myspace to shut down and with rotating proxies they cant catch the IP and outsource the profile building.
alot of work involved and money to spend to get everything set up to use bots

as FastWilly said you go down that road be careful

You're totally missing the point, instead of even adding to the thread discussion, all you did was come in a spam your wares. It doesn't matter if it's free or not. Add something to the discussion verus just saying, "here's my site".

Another suggestion would be to start up a yahoo or google group and use that to advertise too. The nice thing about them is they can be flagged as adult and wont boot you for being an adult group. You can also have them listed in their search to help people find you.
