What I found that works when your hard on money but need a design overhaul is find some one who is good but new, have their text link for designing it up on your site till you can afford to pay them back. Or, cause your so damn cute, find a sponsor for ebony content. They will build your site for you, and promote you. Yes I know you heard all this before but your SO CUTE, I hate to see such potential go to waste . (not that your wasting it but you could be BANKING with those looks alone).

I can understand the thick skin and often people post with out reading at times, we are all guilty of it in some way. Just treat posts like that like the guys in free chat crying to see more stuff, politely say thank you and ignore the rest. In this case it helps to restate the question so that you will get an answer you need.

Being an cam girl is hard and it can change your whole outlook on life if you let it. Just have to roll with the punches

Friends are important. Friends on forums become affiliates. Friends on forums tell other webmasters about your site so they, too, can promote you.

Friends help you out when you need it, whether it be programming, graphics, or anything else website related.

You can take this how you want but I think you need to re-adjust the way you see things in this world.

You think white people have it any better in this industry or any other race for that mater? That is a joke and a half. This is the land of plenty but only if you treat your customers and your fellow workers in this industry with respect. Those that fuck people over eventually face old karma herself and she is one bitch I care not to tango with.

Now Pam is known and respected here and you may not give a rats ass what she thinks but allot of the others here do so you might care to think of that. This is a industry where webmasters talk and that talk can kill a models carrier. Why? Because we talk to our fellow webmasters and we talk to our fans we talk to our models hell that is what we are always doing is talking to someone about some networking deal or another. A major part of our lives is reading forums and boards and talking to others about business.

The internet is how we make our bread and butter. Its how we put cloths on our kids backs and food in their bellies.

The old school guard here can teach all of use newbies (I'm a newbie to adult not the net or networking) allot if we learn to listen to their advice as just that advice from those that have been there and done that. An hell to tell you the truth I have never seen anyone truly flamed on here. Its all about helping each other. That is why I love this forum and tell those that I think would understand and gain from it about it.

That is right I do not tell everyone in the biz I know about this forum and its because some of them would react to the suggestions and help from others as you have done.

Gus was trying to help and to tell you the truth I found several errors on your site myself but I will be damned if I am going to point anything out and help someone that thinks this is just the internet and its just a persona I am playing while here.

Play the persona with your customers do not play it with your fellow workers especially those that have combined probably several hundred years of experience under their belts.

That is my humble opinion and advice. You can take it or leave it and you can chose to look at this as a flame or to think of it as some advice. The decision is yours and how you respond I am sure is being watched by others. The popcorn and drinks have already been served.
