Hello New webcam couple need some advice

Me and my girl are webcam hosts, we are on a large popular site ,the first month on we totally rocked it, getting best newcumer awards and hitting the hall of fame top earning awards twice in the first month,
We are wanting to start are own pay website, we are both very computer savy, but need some advice to send us in the correct direction ,
can anyone help us?, We are the mist of creating alot of media like
MMF, MF, solo, BJ ,gangbang ect.. but need some help in finding a good webbuilder site and a good host, all that works with CCbill, We are totally new and need a good start in the right direction, if anyone can help us that would be great and much thanks

Starting a new paysite is not exactly a cheap option, however if its done right it can work. The good thing about working with CCBill is that its easy to get it working on most websites.

Hosting is a difficult one to answer. A paysite will need to have its own dedicated server eventually, and probably sooner rather than later, so its a consideration on getting one straight away. Many of the hosting companies that use this forum can help you out, cyberwurx.com , a1websolutions.com and crohoster.info are three good hosts that can help you out with hosting needs.

Are you looking at doing the webdesign yourself or getting someone to do it for you. It can be very expensive getting a website designed from scratch and you need to decide exactly how you want it, as theres nothing worse than getting a site and hating the design.

Hey I can tell you this.. if you are top earners on a camsite its going to be really hard to match that income with a paysite.

Think of all the money you 2 could be making on cam while you are fucking around trying to build and market your own site and quite realistically only getting a few sales a day...

We are planning to do both, a few webcam sites with a personal paysite, we have about2000 emails of fans to cross promote to the paysite, the webcam is alot of hard work and waiting time, we are thinking a paysite will generate flow when we are not online,
we want to milk as many avenues as possible, any more ideas???

I'd agree with Sabby
I used to run a site for a lady who did webcamming on a well known cam site.
She earned very well from the cam site and it had a knock on effect to her paysite and she viewed the paysite as a top up to her webcam earnings.
You do need to be prepared to do lots of updates for a paysite though and that can be quite time consuming and it does take time to build up the traffic and members through your site.
Also a lot of the fans of your webcam shows, although they may show interest in your paysite, will not probably join as members as they are looking for the quick hit that a webcam show provides as opposed to a lasting membership type thing.
But looking at your photo I'm sure you'll do pretty well

Why in the hell would you send your pay-per-minute customers to a paysite so they can see you for cheap??

well alot of customers want to see differnt stuff , we are getting alot of requests of
girl -girl, mmf, 3ways and gangbang cumshot vids, we cannot do this on cam sites, also the shows are just cam shows like bjs doggy easy simple stuff,
, with video we can have change of venue, close ups, differnt angles, differnt ppl, we just cant do this on the webcam,

I assume you have guys and girls lined up for the g/g, mmf and gangbang shoots already or you have contacts to organise this as again that can take time to build up

The very first thing I ever did on the net to make money 8 years ago was I had a little 1 page site and sold custom videos i did really well of it. Marketing your own site was easier then also though.

Some of the cam sites I'm on have billing in place for me to do this. Or use Epass or something. I never tried Ebay - do they allow Adult?

If you really want to have a paysite what I would do (and i do do) is put a site in a program like ProAdult's Quantum or Carol Cox's Wildrose Network and promote the fuck out of your cam shows in your members area - they both allow this. Sign up as a webmaster and use your affiliate code. Their members areas are shared so you get alot of members area traffic. Keep your content to minimum requirements so they will want to see more of you. Dont send your cam members to your membership site. If they want movies I would send them to your clips store.

But realize this - the hours you do spend on cam or shooting customs will probably be the most profitable hours for you. And you can turn on your video camera and shoot a few quality scenes when its slow.

Also I would check with the cam site you are on if they even allow you to spam their members. Most wont.
