How to promote an amateur model?

I've started a blog for our amateur videos and webcam activities. I've submitted this to a lot of blog directories, but I was wondering if there were any directories for independent amateurs?

Or how else could I promote our amateur site? All suggestions are appreciated.

Grim,

Not to be mean but honestly needs work. Here are a few pointers.

Build a static page set it as the home page and explain on that page what the site/blog is about.

Then split your posts up into categories. Kill those videos from auto-playing. Some people are still on dial up remember.

Then you will be on your way and if you want a kinda feel for the power and capabilites your blog has just look at my site. Its WP powered.

Don`t worry about being mean, I appreciate the criticism. The posts are categorized. For me, in both Firefox and IE, the vids don`t autoplay. That`s really screwed up if 3 videos try to play at once. Here`s the code I`m using:

And I just like nice static page as the first couple of pages you see when you enter the site. Verses a blog I guess I may be to old school in that area. Have never liked how most blogs showed a bunch of posts right off the bat.

Do you mean the most recent? Or the the oldest? The code looks good on all of them.

I may do like you've suggested with a static welcome page.

the one on the very bottom of the page maybe its just some messed up setting in my browsers its only in firefox and opera not IE

Weird....are the movies loading okay? I've had 5,000 page loads today and the movies are loading extremely slow. Same case for you?

I agree with an index page letting you know whats its for before seeing videos & content.

Also, you should look at the home tab.. its over the design.. make the tabs smaller and move them across to the right slightly.

For Firefox
first time I visited the site browser locked up as all 3 videos loaded at once and played.

Second time same lock up but only 1 video played automatically.

For IE exploder
loaded fine did not watch the videos

For Opera
Same lock up issues as with Firefox.

It is not my system as I travel all over the net looking at stuff and usually dont have an issue with browser lockup.Plus I am not lacking in memory in my system either.

definitely put more time into the site design and test it with FF, IE, Opera, Safari...

If your girlfriend is going to put in all the time and effort with her body, you should do the same with the site, agreed?

I think your blog looks very nice I would add an RSS feed to add some filler to it. I have recently started using zippedblogs.com to add sponsor content to my blogs and that seems to be working very well.

I have a girl that work on our cam system that is working really hard with her site and promoting herself. I would love to exchange blog posts. If you want to get me a copy of yours with links and what not on it (when you post to your blog) and I will send you over ours. We could cross promote.
