I am looking for/hiring models to perform in my adult cam site.Both male and female performers arfore allowed to work,but i am basically looking for hot female models but for now i am also hiring male models.I think i don't have to explain what type of work you need to do cos you all are very much familiar with the stuffs present in adult cam sites.

Models will be paid from $0.70--$1 per minute(for their performance)for performing mainly in the group chat and VIP chat session.

Requirements are nothing but to:
*Have a scan of a valid, legal Photo ID or Passport, and be prepared to upload/submit it to me during the application. School ID or other non-government issued ID will not be accepted.
*Have a fast PC (Pentium 4 or better) (No Mac) with a High Speed Cable or DSL modem or Internet connection
*Have a good quality CAMERA AND MICROPHONE

Payment will be sent by the following methods:
postal money order, or wire transfer or paypal upon request.

Countries allowed:
Most European countries,Asian,Middle East,North and South America.

So thats it.

You don't seem to be paying much. If I were you I'd raise the rate until you get a nice selection of models and then figure out a way to lower it.

Also have you tried advertising on craigslist or some of the adult job sites/

yes u are right I cant use paypal for adult but thats only upon request i mean if a model wants his/her payment to be made via paypal then i have no problem with that,thats what i mean.

Either way, you want to not use paypal. Both yours, and the model's account can be banned if they catch wind of ANYTHING adult-wise being transferred. It's no different than paying a girl directly for a cam show.
I would suggest e-passporte.
