Can Someone Explain the Business Model of Sites like Imagefap and Usercash?

Can Someone Explain the Business Model of Sites like Imagefap and Usercash? I see a lot of adult bloggers linking to imagefap and usercash galleries but I don't quite understand how it works. It looks like they just make money from advertising and give the blogger a cut, so its kind of like pay per click. But where does the blogger get the images? Is he just stealing them? Anyone have experience with these programs? Thanks in advance.

Yes the users steal the content. Very many sites work on this sort of "oh it's our users stealing content not us" deniability. 99.9% of all surfers have no clue images are even supposed to be licensed, and those who do know don't give much of a shit, like they do about the RIAA

Ok, now out of curiosity, what is the risk and what is the reward with that tactic? It looks like those bloggers are making a very small amount of cash out of their traffic. Does that mean the real owners of the content seldom bother going after these thieves? If I was so inclined, would there be a quick way for me to fire off an email and get them shut down or at least inconvenienced? I actually came across a Blogger sex blog using imagefap and lots of hardcore images and would have reported him but he had managed to remove the 'flag objectionable blog" button. Kind of getting side-trekked with the question, but is there a way to report something like that to Blogger? I tried an email to support@blogger.com but didn't get any response. Thanks.

I dunno, look at the code of the report button on another blogger and try to figure out what it's sending and where....
