How to Generate your Meta Tag Keyword List?
Can I please get some pointers on how to write keyword lists for meta tags? I read an ebook saying you could hurt your search engine rankings if you use spammy style keyword lists. Let's say I want to make a blog "Big Tit Teens," a three word search term with around 20k searches on overture: "big tits" has 769k. So how do I go about writing my keyword list?
My impulse is to throw in everything but the kitchen sink - "big tits, big tit teens, big tit movies, big tits and ass, big tit porn, big tit lesbians, etc." The ebook I read said having "big tit" in there over and over will hurt you with search engines even though the terms are slightly different. Should I edit the above to "big tits, teens, movies, porn, etc"? Just 'movies' instead of 'big tit movies' has nothing to do with my blog. Do I just try and come up with all the synonmyms for big tits I can? "big tits, huge boobs, massive mammaries, juicy jugs, fabulous funbags" If I have to pick between "big tits, teens" and "big tit teens" (big tits has 769k searches, big tit teens has 21k) do I prioritize the broader or more specialized search term? How many keywords should I have? How many start to be too many? Could anyone post examples of well written keyword meta tags? Thanks in advance! |

Does anybody have any input on this topic? Here are a few keyword lists I snatched from some Netponders' blogs.
A reality sex blog -- <meta name="keywords" content="reality porn, reality xxx, hardcore porn, amateur porn" > 4 keywords only, reality used twice, porn used thrice. A ethnic porn blog -- <meta name="keywords" content="ethnic xxx, ethnic porn, interracial porn, asian, black, latin, brazilian, booty, xxx downloads" > More keywords but ethnic is used twice, and porn is used twice. A trista stevens blog -- <meta name="keywords" content="Trista Stevens, Trista Stevens pics, Trista Stevens videos, Trista Stevens nude" /> - This is exactly the sort of keyword list the Search Engines would frown on right? To further confuse me, I looked 12 new blogs from The Walrus (who surely knows vastly more than me) and he isn't using meta keyword tags at all. Should I not even bother? Help please! |
