Need help inserting movie clip into thumblogger

I thought I had the movie clip set up properly on thumblogger, I inserted the address of the movie file into the source, and when it went to play It would just show the picture on Media player and would go for like 8 seconds without and movement on the screen. Does anyone know how to properly set up a clip on Thumblogger??? I appreicate the help.. Thanks

well I think I may have just made a little dumbie mistake, all I did wrong was forget to replace the .jpg with .mpg at the end of the address, then once I switched it to .mpg The video would play.

I know I've made the same mistake quite a few times when I change an animated gif to a jpg, ( usually so I can resize it to fit the blog better. so I forget to change it to jpg instead of gif.

don't these simple things just really piss you off?

Thanks I also often made such mistakes, especially the case difference of filenames often make me go nuts. For example "test.jpg" is something different then "test.JPG". I still remember spending almost a whole day figuring out why my image didn't show up.

lol, yeah I know exactly what you mean.. little things that take us forever to get working.
