mmm maybe you have an error on your html page because i use it everyday and no problems with recips and all blogs are approved. Try to contact the owner, if im not wrong he is here in Netpond.

was happening to me,

try adding, http://wwww if u are just adding http://

for some reason, it was giving a cant find, redirect error, (alot of other directories too), wich was true, my host was redirecting the http:// to the http://www.

but remember to not post your blogs to all of the blog listing at once !

since i remember (but i could be wrong) google will treat this as a spam - so the efect would be something like this: you may raise really high in few days but the next days youl gonna go very very deep on the google listings - it sure that i wont be the first 5 pages.

correct my if im wrong cuz last time when i was playing in some hardcore positioning of website that was some 2 years ago and the things could change a little bit in G engine and rules.

Adams submitter tool is very old but it's free and his database is easy to modify.
So just delete whole adam database and enter your blog directories and submit!
But beware to many links can fuck up your seo...

Which submitter software are you guys using?

The normal TGP/MGP submitters like dream submitter, chameleon?
A link list submitter like Chameleon?
Just submitting by Hand using RoboForm for example?

Just a quick bump for this old thread.

Just wanted to know if there was any truth in this idea. Surely google knows that webmasters are going to submit to many directories at once and won't treat those submissions as spam.

Anymore ABC directory submits like Twans? I like them best anyway

If you keep it under 20/30 links a day you will be perfectly save, what if you have a hot item and get linked by 100 people a day or maybe a 1000 people a dat, would your site be banned to?

If that where true then all of the major news sites, tutorial sites, download sites, game sites, computer sites, ect wouldn't have a page in the index.

Stop over thinking SEO, keep it to the basic rules and your sites blogs pages will do just fine .

I think there is a very big difference to SEs if 2 days old blog gets 1000 links with the same anchor in a day and if 5 years old site with 10000 pages gets 1000 organic inbound links with different anchor in a day.

I am not impressed with addyourblogs.com I posted that I was having issues on thier forum, and kept the recip links up so that they could see that it was up. I go to check it today and my thread has mysteriously dissapeared and all of the sites they submit to its all the same sites, in almost the exact same order in the catagorie that I submitted to... so they are on my own personal do not deal with list.
