Just a few comments, if possible try and use a different template, people get bored of seeing the same type of template all the time, and your surfers are the same, they will see a site and think I have seen that before.
Also utilise the side bar, place some adverts/banners in it. __________________

You need to sort out the menu, for example you don't need the pages widget as you don't have any info on the about page. Also I would change the theme if possible, although your not using the standard blue theme, its still very basic. So a BBW theme would be a good idea, and you can pick them up free from sites like Adult wordpress themes: Adult, Sexy, Erotic Blogs | Wordpress free themes
Don't forget to use the sidebar for a bit of advertising, galleries of the day are a good idea. Its starting to look good though. __________________
