Newbie Blogger With Questions

Well I've been blogging for about 2 months and been reading NetPond as much as I can and I've learned quite a bit of good general information. With reading through the threads I often have questions that I want to ask but haven't been ready to post yet so here's a bunch of questions that I'm looking for input on. There may end up being a lot so if you have some info your willing to give on even just one of the questions all will be appreciated.

Some background info on my blogs. I currently use wordpress on my own host with my own domain. I now have three blogs 1 running about 2 months the other 2 running about 1 month. I also just signed up for a thumbblogger account and have been messing with that as well as gallery2blog and downloaded the trial version of Blogs Automater. So far all of my blogs are Babe Blogs. Or at least that's the term I commonly see them referred to.

Let the questions begin

1) SEO and wordpress. I've gotten myself the all in one seo wordpress plugin and have been making sure to get keywords in there with all my posts. What I keep trying to figure out is how much is too much. I usually add the same or similar keywords in all the fields. With each post I have a title (with keywords) tags (with keywords) and then title tags (with key words) and also tags in my picture names. I've read in several places that too dense of keywords hurts your SEO. Am I over doing it? How many keywords should I use in each of these sections AND should they all be the same or different ones in different fields?

2) Sponsors- I think I've got too many I feel like I have too much content to use. I've currently signed up as an affiliate with about 15 sponsers all through ccbill (which I like becuase I can keep them all in one place) but I can't really figure out how to sort them into my blogs. Should I be using content from each sponsor when it's specific to my niche. OR should I just try and use all the content from 1or2 on a single blog and then use two different sponsors on another blog? Should I filter stuff for quality control? Or just go with what they give me? I don't want to post too often on my blogs becuase it seems like 3-4 times a week is enough but sometimes I have enough content for daily or more often. Just as an example if I'm using a sponsor that's NOT specific for BIG BOOBs niches but am pulling models that have BIG BOOBs from their affiliate content is this bad? I'm then essentially promoting a site that isn't specific to my niche. Sometimes Content is too hard for me to pass up on posting to one of my blogs.

3) Link Trades - I think I'm at the point where I need to start trying to trade some links with other webmasters but my concern is that since I'm a noobie what is it that I can offer in the trade other than a link for SE purposes? I barely have enough traffic to push people to my other blogs let alone a third party.

4) Blogging tools. I need to find some software that will allow me to create all my blog posts in one location and then publish them to a selected blog. Does WPMU work in this way? Even across multiple domains? Seems like Blog Organizer would work in this way just not sure if I want to shell out the cash for it just yet.

5) RSS feed blog post creation. I really like the Blog Automater software but constantly run into rss feeds with crappy thumbs and usually too small for my purposes. Does anyone know of software that would spider the feed and let me choose a picture to use as a post? I have found a great webmaster rss feed from one sponser specific for blog posting which has nice big pics to go with the feed. Is this common and I'm just not finding them yet?

Ok at this point I realize that I've got too much here for anyone to read through all the way so I better stop here and just see if anyone has any suggestions or input. Thanks in advance hopefully in the future I can be as helpful to others as I see forum members at netpond being.

5)most sponsor feeds are rather crappy, you have to edit them yourself. about software that spiders the feeds...no idea

2) filter, always blog on topic, if you create a "big boobs" it's about the niche, not the sponsor isn't it ? doesn't matter if it's not specific for big boobies, your visitors might like whatever else they have and you could get a sale from it anyway

if you put up a picture of a milf with big boobs that goes to a milf site they might buy a subscription there, and it's actually ok to do this every once in a while to give your visitors some fresh stuff and not have them see the same specific big boob sponsors over and over

1) about keywords... that's just subjective, you'll have to try it out yourself, but don't use the same keyword over and over, like "checkout this big boobed hottie as she takes a cock between her big boobs and then rubs her big boobs with it", that would be too much imho, but like i said it's subjective

Thanks ristac! That looks like a nice program. I just found BlogDesk which I really like so far and I'll definitely try that one out too. BlogDesk is free so I may have to stick with that one for awhile.

Right now my traffic situation really fluctuates day to day so I feel like I'm missing something with the SEO stuff. I average about 40 visitors a day and I'd say about half of them are from SE traffic.

I've had a few days where my SE traffic is 100-150 a day but that ususally only lasts a day or two and then I fall back down to 20.

So everyone is going to duplicate a blog that gets 40 visits a day because they have posted it on a forum? Get real... In that case everyone who posts "Add your blog to my directory" is a prime target and even more so those that say 'added'...

I agree. Although I'm a bit paranoid I've always been of the mind that it's not worth stealing unless it's something that's good to begin with and as ristac pointed out I think I have more to gain from getting some input.

Here's the link feel free to tear it apart let me know if you think I'm going in the wrong direction altogether. I will say that this last week i had a few posts without text to go with the pictures which isn't the usual way for me to do it just ran short of time on my scheduled posts I had set up.

Okay these are just my opinions:

<title>Best Boob Blog - Babe blog featuring naked women with big natural boobs, tight firm asses, and perfect bodies.</title>

1) Your title is too long and looks like spam to a search engine. Don't try and cover everything, being on page one of a search engine for one major term is better than page 3-4 for several. Personally I would stick to Natural Boobs and drop the babe, naked women and asses reference.

2) Your titles for each post are wrong. Take your most recent post "Lisen A - Tanned Hottie" Much better would be "Slim Blonde With Natural Boobs" then include these words again in the first couple of lines of the post.

3) Increase amount of posts per page so that more fit on page one, go for 15 and 20 if you take pointer 4 into consideration.

4) Get into the habit of making every 5th-6th post text only and never post just a picture without writing when you first launch a blog. Text is so very important for your blog to stand out to the search engines.

They are my opinions on low traffic, apart from that it looks pretty cool to me, I like it but I would suggest a couple more things to 'think about' when the traffic does start to flow and IF conversions are not there...

1) Your pictures are big however would the surfer want to click them? Sometimes a carefully cropped smaller version can make you more inclined to click the image.
2) If you are going to attract visitors searching for 'Natural Boobs' never use images of women with false tits

Thanks for the input. Those sound like great suggestions and I'll try and put them to use in the next couple of days. Sometimes I just need a little push to get me going in the right direction.

I guess I should ask would it be a good idea with my post titles to go back and edit them to fit your suggestion ristac? Or should I just do that from now on.

Also for my Title Tag of the Site. Does it need to read like a sentence? Or just the key words?

edhel2005 - I think I'll try and add some site descriptions and some links to the join pages maybe that would break things up a little bit.

Nothing wrong with editing a title IMHO. As for the title, IF it were my blog I would have went for something like: "Best Boob Blog : Big Boobs".... Use your blog name then just 2 max three keywords, maybe "Best Boob Blog : Big Natural Boobs".... Some might use a lot more in a title, I do it this was because it works best for me...

Thanks ristac I like the big natural boobs but think I need to put that on another blog. I don't want to limit this one to natural boobs as you pointed out before. I'm gonna put your advice to use in my blogs and see how it goes.

Daily posts? Or submitting my blog to something? I use the Kill4 link dump every couple of days for some of my posts and I was originally posting to the blog daily but have changed that to 3 times a week and now running 3 blogs with updates about 3 times a week each?

I did Blog Submitter that submitted the blog to a number of blog directories but since then I haven't done or found many more to submit to.

Suggestions on submitting specifically or in general?
