Not enough room on current hosting plan.

If they are small,you will find some host !
Sponsors have own host for that !

Alot of sponsors have hosted flvs you can use. Any decent host should have plenty of room for some videos. You should swap hosts or upgrade your plan imho.

Long term it is probably best if you host them yourself. In the long term free hosting is generally not worth what you pay for it, which is of course how the companies offering it stay in business. There are skinnable .swf players for .flv's out there, and I believe even a free .flv encoder.

Be sure that you have an understanding of what your traffic needs are and get the hosting you need, if you can afford to. If you can't afford the hosting, free hosting from a sponsor or other sponsor hosted content is probably your best solution.
