RSS feed from a normal site

Is there a tool or a way to build a RSS feed of your site, i need that for some eBay sites.

I have made some rss feeds for sites but those were powered by php mysql

I found this yesterday: Grouper Features
but I only downloaded the free version so never checked the "Evolution" (paid version) that has what you are looking for: "Includes plugins for scraping both regularly and irregularly structured webpages to RSS."

I only tried CaRP free and that works as promissed

I have written just the thing previously.

It's a php script, traverses the folder that you install it in, and creates an RSS feed with titles and links

Make me an offer, although it only uses the description (and meta I think, can't remember though just turned off my dev server for the night will check tomorrow) so make me another offer if you want previews too I might be able to sort something out.
