Great help thank you so much I just started a blogging class for adults its only a 3 week couse couple times a week but we are using wordpress & these themes with definitly help the non adult ones I can use in the class & the naughty ones I can use for work here.

In my opinion The best way is (if u want a blog farm in *.domain.com)
to find a good theme, and write a script which will for example modify it's colors in CSS for random ones and get random header pictures. Of course from an array which you construct, so that the colors and pictures make sense and look good.

If you want a tutorial on this, respond.

I'd like to show some of my designs if that is okay- Ophelia Nicholson.com and Ophelia Nicholson.com » Free Wordpress Themes I'm also starting adult wordpress theme designs- I have about 50 themes that are not uploaded to the site, hopefully will get around to doing it soon but most of my designs are mainstream
