I would say that the search engine is the number one.
The second one would be exchanging with matured blog directories ( Blog Submitter ). The third one would be trading links with good link partners. __________________

1. Search engine.
2. Link trades/traffic trades. 3. Mature blog directories, preferably with ping feature. 4. Social bookmarking sites. 5. Linkdumps. 5. Bought traffic. 6. Feeder blogs. Of course #1 is the most valuable traffic source, the rest other than #5 are for back links to help search engine rankings. Bought traffic is usually of fairly low quality, why'd else they sell it to you then? __________________
