I'm with you theenama I keep waiting for my traffic to pick-up since I haven't been doing this very long. Nothing exciting yet. I'd start making more blogs with RSS feeds. At least then your doing something. I've set up little goals for the week to keep me going. I'm trying to ignore my stats for awhile and instead just try some different things.

So I guess I didn't do what you asked but just know that your not alone

What sales he has made have nothing at all to do with your blogs. If you wish to make money, get to work. That is how you will make money. You can make nickels on the forum, or you can get busy on blogs and make sales for lots and lots of nickels

doc is right. The only way to do it and to make money is to just keep on going. Some people will make money by having a few really good blogs that get lots of attention. Others do their thing by having lots of it. No one can tell you what to do.

It could take several months or it might take a year. The question is - are you doing this because you love it or are you doing it because you are in it for the money? If you're in it for the money you'd be better off to stick to an hourly/salaried job. If you love it and the money would be a perk, just stop looking at your stats and stick to your plan (assuming you have one) for a couple months. Then check out your stats and if you're not seeing results you'll know it is time for a change.

Just keep pushing. It took me 6 weeks to make a single penny (actually it was $1.50). Every month it increases, it never moves as fast as you want, some things work some don't . . . just keep pushing. Try out some new techniques and move.

The way I began cannot be construed as the right way - the whole point of blogging is to be individual no rules just do what you like!!!

However there are of course necessary disciplines to actually make the sale...

I began with one handwritten blog seven or eight years ago and made a few quid - more than that I made mistakes...and LEARNED from them...

That blog eventually peaked at 35k per day - and then and only then when I felt ready to build another did I!

You see to me what's the point of building a blog getting 25 hits per day then rinsing and repeating that "formula" a hundred times to get 100 blogs with 2.5k hits per day between them..?

Unless of course you're making big money - however if the bait is the same it don't matter if you have a hundred hooks the fish ain't gonna bite

Seems like a lot of work whilst learning for fuck all return

Okay here's the basics as seen by this old blogger...

Research and then choose the niche you wish to sell...

Try and find one sponsor with a low payout threshold that might have a shit load of similar sattelite sites...

(ain't nothing like a small epass deposit or cheque to inspire you!)

A big mistake is signing up to a zillion sponsors ha!

If you are a newbie to blogging begin with your own domain name - as close to your niche as possible and register it!!!

The lure of free blog hosts is strong - but learn by mine and many others mistakes...

If your first blog is hugely successful and it disappears overnight it hurts - particularly in the wallet!!!

Give up one beer a month and get HOSTING!!!!

Get wordpress - mainly because of the awesome support here and on the net and of course the sheer variety of themes and it's free

Now look around the net at other peoples blogs - get a feel for the way they are laid out - the use of sidebars - size of images in the main post - the amount of keywords...

Use the All In One SEO pluggin - it's invaluable...

Change the word Blogroll to something keyword rich - the same with Catergories etc etc...then at least we have a blog the SE's will enjoy feeding off...

Then begin building and I mean building - writing posts at least a few times a day early on...nice big images - be animated in your sales pitch - these guys want to jack off to what your selling - tell them even you - a hard bitten pornographer creamed your shorts with the members content!!!

Bullshit - bullshit hard - but don't be desperate...

Remember this isn't a review so to some extent honesty goes out the window in your sales speil

As long as it isn't an out and out lie as in there's a million images when there's only 250 - who fucking knows if you creamed your shorts or not!!!

You're selling wank material - a fantasy - take them there by the fucking nose (cock lol)...

Remember surfers are like sheep and need to be LED to the source of the sale - so say it big say it loud...

That's just an example but I hope ya get my drift

Okay now we have a handwritten blog of at least 35 to 50 entries - it's rich and deep - and you've noticed there's only 5 or 6 hits per day and that's all you

Submit to directories...and PING!!!

You'll see a sudden spurt in traffic and at this point link dump and link trade...

Now build build build THIS blog...build micro niche pages - I sell babes - I then build individual pages for each sponsor/girl - the se's like this

Consider a "last referer" type script - I like those on folks blogs and do send traffic to get up that list...

Remember this is your FIRST ever blog so you are learning - harvesting traffic and building a firm foundation for the future...

MY point here is eventually this blog will be the hub of your blog empire a place you can ferry YOUR traffic around your blogs - no quick fix here..

Once you are comfortable approach link partners and swap blog posts - the next guy ALWAYS has better traffic and sales

Your first sale will come - because even for a few weeks you will probably ride high for certain keywords and SE traffic is golddust...

Now consider your next blog - hey after all you are now a professional pornographer - as in you've made a sale...

Look for the next idea - and repeat only this time when it's ready and it's dumped and submitted write blog posts on your original blog linking to your new blog - do you see..?

If you've got bookmarkers and fans of the niche they'll by now trust you and follow where you lead...

And sales will come...

By the time you've done this three or for times make a section on your blog - MY PORN BLOGS - or as I've done make a simple page with thumbnails linking to your blogs

NOW consider the lure of the splogs - 'cos hey you now know how to build a keyword rich handwitten blog/s - how to get a bit of traffic and how to ferry it around your blogs and sponsors...and most importantly how to make SALES!!!

Use the splogs to ferry even more traffic to your main blogs - you see building and forgetting is fine for splogs and for a little while it's ok to leave your main blogs untouched...

But eventually the traffic WILL dry up - so keep building but dropping the intensity - instead build more handwritten well designed well thought out bookmarkable blogs

There is NO quick fix in blogging - the trough was relatively quiet for many years in adult until the explosion of rss fed splogs a couple of years ago...

Now there a zillion of us trying to grab the sales - and for that we need surfers...

I know I'd prefer to buy off a blog that at least looks semi-professional and the guy/gal knows what she's on about and there's not a zillion fucking pop-ups etc!!!

I dunno if this is motivational or not - but build and forget is ok once you've grasped the basics - at least as I see it...

And please - there really is NO QUICK FIX!!!

Time - trial and error and a hell of a lot of patience...

The sales will come - not as quickly as a few years ago - but they will come...

As a completely new adult blogger you have to patient otherwise you'd go mental

Now get ya'self back to work - these places are a rich source of info and entertainment but can be distracting...

This is work - treat it as such and you'll do fine...

As for the 35k blog - it was my first on blogspot (free) and was removed 2 months ago and was 5 years plus old and earned me alot

Like I said it hurts haha!

I'm working in this biz 5~ months. I was in depression maybe 5 times , every month I think that need to stop and don't waste my time on adult, becose I working in offline and online, so don't have time for my girlfriend and my for my best friends.
But all this I'm doing becose I like this job.. And I hope that this job I can work all my life and live from this!
After 5 months work I maded just about 110$. in last month I maded 85$ ,that mean my earnings growing up..
So don't stop and keep working.
