Hey Guys,

Just need a bit of help with wordpress, probably fairly simple so I am hoping you guys can help.

1. How do I make it so there are only a certain amount of posts per page?

2. How to remove my small title in top left corner or how to put my header jpg image over it?

3. Where can I find a Word Tagging Plugin and Header Tag Plugin for wordpress 2.5??

Go to 'options' to change the blog title or tagline and look under 'reading' there to change the number of posts. As for the plugin, there's a list of plugins that are compatible with 2.5 here: Plugins/Plugin Compatibility/2.5 « WordPress Codex Maybe you can find what you're looking for. Hope so.

My site is Cum On This Blog

My title shows up in small text up in the top left corner, i would like to remove it or cover it with my header jpg.

Any ideas?

Hi Sean, You can call me Sister. If you're working in WP, you should be able to change or delete the title from the 'options' page. Looks as if it's a tagline, which should be handled from the 'options' page as well. If not, then you'll have to use the theme editor to look for it in the 'header' code and delete it.

To change your entire header image, ftp your new image up to the images folder in your theme, then go into the theme editor (under presentation), pull up the stylesheet and scroll down until you see something like:

#header {
height:191px;
background:url(img/blankheader6.png);
}

Change the part in bold to name the new image. This will change the entire top header image of your blog, so make sure the size is the same. Aside from creating a whole new header image with your image in the corner, I couldn't say how to put another image over just that part of it.

Thanks Sister, That already is my own image on the header, I am pretty sure that the small title that i am trying to get rid of is in the code some where, I'm just not sure where to find it. Oh yea I am working with WP.

It's in the header.php file in your theme folder.

Ah ok, I see what you're saying now. Hmm, I can only think the code would be in your header. Hopefully, someone with more knowledge here can chime in with an answer.

Edit: Well BCyber seems to think so too, so that's where it must be.
