How much is a good quality blog post worth?

If you were going to hire someone to write good quality blopost around 100 words or so, how much would this be worth.

I used to charge $10 - then got undercut as more and more proper blog writers arrived...

Don't bother anymore - rather blog for myself...

Do a search here and check the current prices

People will pay anywhere from $1-$3 (and the latter would be for someone they have likely worked with for a long time). A lot of it depends on the reputation of the writer, speed of delivery, and of course quality of content.

If you're looking for someone to write blog posts I have a special on right now. Partially because I'm on holidays from the day job and partially to give other ponders the chance to try out my services. You can see the details here:
Writing Special

If you're thinking about trying out writing for the adult industry yourself you should get some samples ready to provide interested people and a website is good if you can afford it. I'm always happy to help out a fellow ponder so if you have any questions feel free to PM me!

That roughly equal to $3 right? Think of it this way - if you can write 2000 words an hour (which I can) that's $30 an hour. And that's more than I make at my day job and more than a lot of people make in 3 hours.

And many webmasters still think anything over one cent a word is too much!

I guess a lot depends on the "good quality" part.

I don't have a lot of experience with adult blog writers, only worked with two so far (and was very happy with both btw). I do have more experience with writers and freelancers in mainstream, and I've learned the hard way that you usually get what you pay for. The only way to get yourself a good deal on quality products with a good service provider is to establish a good connection with them. Being friendly and easy to work with, paying on time, and becoming a reliable long-term client will get you excellent deals with every freelancer.
