I've had it since november and just monetized it a few months ago. No sales thus far. I started off with adult friend finder and changed it to GGW a couple months ago.

My YouTube accounts keep getting shut down, so I dont get much traffic from there. Right now I get about 275 hits a day.

Any SEO suggestions or any suggestions at all?

Also let me know if you think we have a similar niche and would like to link trade.

Words - you have NO SEO if you don't have words. Most of your posts seem to have little to no text and when there is text I have no clue what keywords you might be optimizing.

Second, get a sponsor with some decent content. Youtube is not content. I'm sure there are sponsors that have non-nude content if that is what you are looking for and the quality of the videos will be greatly superior to the Youtube vids. Also, instead of having just one banner (GGW) you can have banners to the sponsor you are providing and each post can have a link in it to FHG's or the site tour or even some directly to the join page.

As a surfer I'd be bored and move on quickly. Just my opinion.

How much text per video? Should it be a description of the video or what? Should i make it really small so that the user doesn't pay attention to it but the search engine still picks it up?

No, I dont get any youtube traffic anymore because like I said, my accounts got shut down. I don't feel like going through the hassle of uploading more videos and optimizing for keywords just for 30 extra hits a day for a month.

Just for further clarification...this is something that is usually said among friends. ie: "I'd kiss your butt if you land that jump with your bike." It's a challenging tone but its like a dare. It's not exactly the most classy thing to say, but it's intention is benign.

Guess you have to be careful with so many different cultures on this forum. I added my location to my profile so maybe people will just be like, "Oh he's from the U.S., that explains it"..hehe.

I hope you're not under the impression that surfers don't like to read. They do. Not all, but lots. So write text first for the surfers then for SEO. 50-100 words using a couple niche focused keywords will usually do the trick. If it is written well the surfers will read and the search engines will have something to pick up on. Don't rule out longer text either though 300-500 word "stories" do really well for some.

You've got to be kidding? YouTube content is grainy, shaky, has crappy sound and the bottom line - it's free for any tom with a hairy dick that wants to go find it there. It isn't original. Non-nude is not my thing so I can't think of any sponsors off hand but there's got to be someone here that does non-nude.

No worries - I didn't take this offensively - I saw the laugh behind it but if there's ever any doubt that someone could take it negatively just put a behind it so they know you are saying it with a smile. The written word can often be read the wrong way because we can't see your smile, your mannerisms, or anything like that behind your words.

Ok - this took me all of five minutes to find. Innocent Cash has 6 non-nude and two softcore nude (meaning no pink shots) site with free video and picture content, MOTD, POTD, RSS feeds, and an FHG exporter for thumbs. It seriously doesn't get any better than than. Promote that for 6 months, get some good trades, and it you certainly can't do any worse than you did with YouTube Content. I may not be the oldest webmaster here but I'm not the youngest either and pretty much everyone will tell you that without decent content it doesn't matter what kind of traffic you have - nothing will convert because no one will stick around!

Oh, and throw a good dating site in there - I have a hunch that with non-nude sites that might convert well.

Let us know how it goes - I'm curious to see what happens from here!

Okay I signed up and added one of their videos. (I left the video on my website so you could look at if you wanted) Unfortunately the video size is only 200x54. I embed High Def YouTube videos at 465x388.

I hate how I never know what I'm getting with an affiliate until I actually sign up and post the video.

I'm not even sure if this sponsor updates its "movies of the day" on a daily basis. In your experience do they usually update with new videos daily when they have something called Movie of the Day?

I've signed up with similar sponsor websites in the past and by the time i post the video, I realize that there's always something messed up about them. And the few that aren't messed up, don't offer enough promotional videos.

Yes, I've chosen to go with mostly thumbnails. Two thumbnails and a bigger pic to be exact. The bigger pic gives them a better idea of the quality of the content in the site. But if you're bringing in surfers that are only looking for free porn they aren't going to click on anything and joing anyway because they won't pay, right?

I haven't done it with these ones but alternatively you can get them to click to the FHG where there are more pics that can be clicked on to get the full size pics. You can do the same with movie galleries - show a couple pics that when clicked on take them to the free hosted movie gallerie where they can watch the clips. That saves you a lot of space on your server!

I have done strictly video sites (Hot XXX Babes) and while it gets a ton of traffic the conversions are crap. Some like to go middle of the road - do mostly thumbs taking them to either a FHG, the tour site, or directly to the join page, with a few free videos thrown in. And yes, most MOTD, POTD do change daily.

Two things to remember - you want surfers that are buying at least once in awhile otherwise nothing will convert; also, you want them to get to the site that you are promoting, not just stay on your blog all day long and look at the free vids. If they just stay on your blog you're making no money and not the good NO MONEY (insider joke you'll likely come across here eventually - I believe that is Globofun that likes his NO MONEY?).

The video you put up is fine. Smaller size, yes, but remember that the surfer should always want more and they should be able to get the more from the sponsor you are promoting.

I'm not sure if you could get into any legal trouble since it is a non-nude site but if they are under 18 and the purpose of your site is sexual...I'd be wary.

If you like amateurs look for a non-nude amateur site. There's got to be one. Or an amateur site with non-nude promotional content. Because in the long run don't most porn surfers want the chicks to get naked eventually?

If you really love your YouTube videos that much then keep them (be careful the girls don't look to young and I still think you're taking a chance) but add some sponsor content in there as well. When it comes right down to it you have to get the surfer to the sponsor. Like I said in the above post, if they get everything they want from your site they have no reason to check out your sponsors and thus will not be buying. Then you just have a hobby site. And if that is all you want, that's fine. But if you want to make some money...get them to the sponsor site!

Yeah, I was thinking stuff like girls gone wild (where they get naked and no sex) would be okay. You're totally right though, it's too much of a gray area.

absolutely. Theres a website similar to mine that charges a monthly fee. I doubt they make money though.

Never give up - just try something new.

I'd start with these:
- sponsor content
- text - 50-100 words minimum (and don't forget to use some tags)
- slap some banners into your sidebar for different things (and don't do AFF - they suck) - maybe things like a free HD desktop, dating sites (eroticy.com is doing fairly well for me on some sites and has great support), keep GGW as that is an awesome deal
- have a new post go up every other day instead of several a day. Most people find that daily posting vs. every other day or less posting does not make any difference to search engines or to surfers, so why kill yourself.

Give it at least three months of that and see what happens.

A lot of the reason that successful webmaster are successful is because they don't give up - they just move on when something isn't working.

your job is to get the surfer to the sponsor...............very simple..................but presell them.........get them all hot and bothered and do not give away too much for free.........tell them what the sponsor will give them...........................2000 latin lesbian movies for only a buck..........................then your job is to find a sponsor that converts................when you find one with a good conversion ratio,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,absolutely bomb them with traffic..............works for me.............................if your sponsor conversion ratio sucks..............then you are wasting your time sending traffic.............

as for posting every day its a waste of time, I post AT MOST once a week and mostly every other week if that, my traffic remains the same

better to make new blogs with different keywords than waste time updating old blogs when u can get the same traffic with once a week or biweekly updates

Autumn has an excellent point with the non-2557 content risk. Also, not sure about the copyright issues. You mentioned you were the one uploading videos too - where do you get those videos from?

Reading your history, you don't come from the usual adult webmaster background. You mentioned how you started the site for fun, and not for money. What made you change your mind? The money-making model in this industry is different from yours - it includes using only approved content, 2257 authorized, copyrighted to the owner and used with permission. Oh, and most of us don't deal with the likes of AFF either.

My advice would be - if you want to do this for fun and have the time and funds to keep up with it, up to you (just consider the legal implications mentioned). If you want to be a revenue-generating adult webmaster, spend some time learning about affiliate promotion and start your site from scratch.

Yeah I'm aware of the 2257. I'm not sure I feel comfortable (legally) promoting anything more than girls gone wild.

When I said i was "just doing it for fun", that wasn't entirely accurate. It was more like I wanted to get my feet wet by trying to generate traffic and not worry about making money right away.

I enjoyed the videos, and wanted to practice traffic generating techniques using Digg, YouTube, Google, and others.

Becoming a professional webmaster was a part of my larger goal. I wanted to do things my way though. Now I see that things aren't going to work my way, and I have to do things your way

If you want to be a revenue-generating adult webmaster, spend some time learning about affiliate promotion and start your site from scratch.

Do you think I should stay within the Non Nude niche? And possibly my current website can be of some use later on?

Question about SEO for my current website: You know how I have girls on my website dancing to hip hop? What if I included the lyrics to the hip hop songs that they are dancing to. Those hip hop songs have tons of keywords that would appeal to the genre "ass, sexy, booty on the floor."
