I see but alot of what people are doing that you have to have tons of blogs to make a living. I know that I only have 3 blogs at the moment since I started over with a new concept, it takes me almost 8 hours to build one blog but when it is done I basically can forget it for years. I build them to auto update repeating what I have for content so it never is used twice in 60 days.

it takes me about 3 hours to set the blog up then it takes me about 5 hours to develop the traffic to that blog, I am getting about 75 hits a day to my sponser per blog. I was using a revshare program until today, I have switched over to a 1 dollar program, no sales yet but it hasnt been 24 hours.

I figure that if I continue to build one blog a day for the next year I will be able to have a nice little market of blogs. I think that I will be adding more of these auto blogs, I figure I can add one copy of the blog I build today, it will take me about 3 extra hours to add a traffic flow to them but in the end it may be helpful.

Blogs seem to be the wave of the future, I see TGP traffic dropping as more and more people turn to blogs. I feel that if you build them and DO some work to develop the traffic to them then you will be alot better off in the end.

The one thing I do is I dont rush to get a blog up if ti takes me more then a day then so be it it took me more then a day to build. I learned from LB that the whole idea isnt just the building, you have to have traffic as well.

My blogs are not huge, but they seem to be getting traffic, traffic means sales, sales means income and thats teh name of the game.

I see this auto blog idea as being very useful if used properly. I want to thank twan for all the help with this great idea

long winded as always
digits
No problem digits, but as always don't let your income depend on only one thing in your case your blog network. I for example are moving more to the general adult thingy instead of concentrating on only blogs. This way if blogs get nuked by someone or for some reason i still have income. rss2anywhere was one thing, not exclusive for thumblogger but also for a broader type of blogs and even sites. My new project will even be broader and a future project will cover the whole adult industry. Aaah, watching in the future is always so much fun

Indeed rss2anywhere doesn't extract the image and uploads it to your ftp server. I'm not sure if it is legally allowed, but i guess when you own the feed you may do whatever you want with it. But not so legal people might abuse this feature. Hmm, maybe i'll add it but only for 'special' members, should be a cool feature that seperates rss2anywhere from other script/plugins.

i love this! ill try this on wordpress when i have some time. but i just noticed you can only use 1-3 rss from sponsors right? ok i didnt read the second page so dont be mad if i asked again. it might be cool if you can use a lot of sponsors rss feeds! like in 1 niche and site. you'll put 5-10 sponsors rss feeds so you can have different contents from 5-10 sponsors everyday. like in teen niche theres loads of solo girl sites teen lesbian and stuff it would be awesome if you could mix those sponsors in one site which will fit on their niches....

I just tried setting this up. I added a feed and posted two updates (http://nubiles.thumblogger.com) but for some reason the images don't show up.

Can someone explain this please.

There are a whole lot reasons that could cause this:
- your rss feed doesn't contain images.
- you selected the wrong field (in mapping) while adding a rss feed to rss2anywhere.
- you enabled the option "remove images".

Could you post the url of the rss feed? (or pm me if it is a private blog)

Yes, you can use as many sponsor feeds as you like and put them on as many blogs as you like, just keep them between normal boundries, for example don't add 100 feeds for one blog or something like that.

That one should work, i think you enabled the option "Remove all images". Try clicking the "RSS Feeds" link at the top > click "RSS item template" for the nubile rss feed. Did you enable the option "Remove all images"? If yes, remove it. If no, do the images of the nubile rss feed show in the post queue? (blogs top link, choose blog, scroll down)

It gets stranger and stranger every time.

Try the following:
- click 'RSS Feeds' link
- remove the nubile rss feed
- click the ''Feed a blog with a RSS feed' Wizard' link
- enter a name and the url of the rss feed, press update button
- now scroll down 'Step 3: Check if mapping is OK'
- do you see the images there?
- if yes: then proceed like the tutorial says:
http://www.adultblogresource.com/rss2anywhere/help2.php
- if no: then go to 'Step 2: Define a mapping' and fiddle a bit with the 'Message' mapping, try every item until the images show up in the 'Check if mapping is OK' section.

I hope it now works

[edit]
You can also change the rss feed and fiddle with the 'mapping' until the images show up. Don't forget to 'Remove imported RSS items' and 'Import/Update RSS items' once you changed the mapping.

This short tutorial will result in a auto updated blog, which means you don't have to spend time on this blog once you have configured it. Setup once and make money from it! There are a couple things you need:
- A Rss2Anywhere account, Rss2Anywhere will take care of auto updating your blog.
- A Thumblogger account, the blog that will be auto updated will be hosted at thumblogger. (wordpress support is under way)
- At least 3 RSS feeds, for example from 3 of your blogs or 1 of your blog and 2 RSS feeds from sponsors. These blogs don't have to be hosted at thumblogger, so any RSS feed from any blog which is still updated will work.

Register
First create a account at Rss2Anywhere, you will only need to enter your email address and password. The email that you can use to login will be send to the email address.

Now login.

Got a Thumblogger blog?
If you already have a blog at thumblogger which you would like to be auto updated then please skip this step. If you don't have such a blog yet then get a account at thumblogger and create a empty blog. ( Thumblogger, your first steps )

Enable xmlrpc functions at Thumblogger
You need to enable the option 'enable w.bloggar functions' in your thumblogger account. You can do this by logging in Thumblogger > Manage section > Options tab > now enable the option 'enable w.bloggar functions' and press the 'Change' button. Ready! Without this Rss2Anywhere won't function.

You thumblogger account
Now you're logged into Rss2Anywhere. Click on the 'Servers' link in the top menu and click the 'Thumblogger' link in the table. Now enter your email address and password you use to login at thumblogger. Press the Change button and now click the 'Import/update blogs' link to import your thumblogger blogs into Rss2Anywhere.

Add the RSS feeds
Click the 'RSS feeds' link in the top menu and click the 'Feed a blog with a RSS feed Wizard' link at the bottom of the page. Enter a name for the RSS feed and the url to the RSS feed (atom is also supported) of the blog. Press the Update button.
Now go to 'Step 3' and check if the RSS feed looks OK, it should display the subject and message of the blog post and the 'link to orginal post' should work. If not than please go to 'Step 2' and read the instructions on the page.
If everything looks OK go to 'Step 4'. This step isn't really necessary. But if you have a RSS feed which only contains partial blog posts (in other words: only a part of the orginal blog post) then please click the 'example 1' link which is located just above the 'Message template' field. Click the Update button if you changed the 'Message template'.
Now go to 'Step 6', this is the final step. Select (check) the blog which you want to be auto updated (in the 'Add all RSS items from this RSS feed to Post Queue of the following blogs' and 'Automatically add new RSS items from this RSS feed to the Post Queue of the following blogs:' section). Click the 'OK: Add RSS feed!' button to add the RSS feed to Rss2Anywhere.

Repeat
Now repeat the previous step 'Add the RSS feeds' for the other 2 RSS feeds. Be sure to select the same blog in 'Step 6'.

Setup Blog
Click the 'Blogs' link in the top menu and click on the blog name which you want to be auto updated. Now enter '1' in the 'Post interval' field and '1' in the 'Post count' field, this means that the auto update blog will be updated once a day with 1 blog post. Don't forget to enable the 'Enabled Blog' setting. Press the Change button.

Final touch
Scroll a bit down and you will see a section entitled 'RSS items in Post Queue'. The Post Queue is a queue which contains all RSS items that will be posted on your blog. Of course they will not be posted all at the same time, instead they are posted at the specified interval. Most RSS feeds have a lot content so i usually enable the 'Hide item Message' setting, which hides the blog post message. Now go and change the dates of the items in the Post Queue a bit so that the RSS items from the different RSS feeds are shuffled. This is necessary because Rss2Anywhere will add the post with the earliest date to the blog.
If you want you can add a blog entry to your blog just to make it look less empty: go to the 'Last Post' section and click the 'Schedule a post' button. Within 30 minutes the first blog entry will appear on your blog.

That's it!
Now you have got a blog that is automatic updated! When you post a new blog post on one of the three blogs then this post will also appear on you auto generated blog. It might be the next day or maybe the next week, it really depends how big your Post Queue is. Now you don't have to do anything in Rss2Anywhre anymore. All is setup and you have a extra blog which doesn't take up your precious time.
You might want to login into thumblogger and give your auto updated blog a cool look and some banners and some links. Make sure you have at least 3 blog entries on your blog (change the 'Post count' field to '3' and click the 'Schedule a post' button, after the blog entries are added to your blog change the 'Post count' field back to '1'). Then submit it to the blog directories. If you want use the Blog Submitter.

What did i just do?
If you want to understand what you just did you might want to follow the QuickStart guide. You can also browse through Rss2Anywhere and read the little tips, they contain very helpfull information. If you do something wrong, just delete the RSS feed on the 'RSS feed' page and try again.

Is there more?
Yes, in fact there is a lot more. You can find a lot uses for Rss2Anywhere, for example:
- giving live to old or dead blogs with blog entries from RSS feeds.
- supporting a good blog with blog entries from RSS feeds.
- agree on posting blog entries of a RSS feed of a friend.
- a lot a lot more!

That's it, if you have a question or if something is not clear or if you are missing a feature then please post a message.
Phew, that was a lot of typing, my fingers need rest now.

thanks for the tutorial.
